Shipping Policy
Normal time includes 2-4 business days from the day your order is placed to process and ship. Free shipping to the US and Canada. For International orders there is a standard $8 flat rate fee. Various shipping methods could determine total time of arrival. We provide a confirmation email which will include tracking information. Expedited shipping is also available.
Please note business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 8:00 am PST will ship the following Monday. Two-day and overnight deliveries can only be delivered Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping is not eligible for weekend delivery.
During Holiday Season! Please see our Holiday Shipping Guide below for the latest date to place your order to ensure you receive your gifts on or before December 24th. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, so the sooner the better. You could also order a Party Pass (Online Store) if you’d like to send a gift instantly!

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is priority. If you are not satisfied with a Party StarkNaked online purchase, please follow these steps.

Products must be in the original condition upon receipt. We can not accept worn or used merchandise.

Products must have the original tags.

Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by our shipping center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Holiday Returns: This Holiday season, items ordered between November 25st and December 31st can be returned through January 31st, 2022.
Return Directions
1. Email partystarknaked@gmail.com or contact us via online chat and state products for return. We will in turn send a Return Authorization number to place on the outside of the box.
